Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship orders only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All deliveries are handled through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2 to 8 working days, depending on your location, courier partner, and serviceability. Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. The final shipping cost will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can also track your order through your account dashboard, where available.

Packaging & Delivery Handling

We pack every order carefully to protect product quality during transit. Our delivery partners may contact you for coordination. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Store Pickup

If store pickup is available for your order, you will be notified once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your package. Store pickup timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
