Thank you for shopping with Heirloom Spices, a premium brand of Kaycee Corporation. As we deal in food and agricultural products, including spices and other perishable items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, quality control, and product safety.

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received an incorrect product different from what you ordered

2. Time Limit for Raising a Request

Any issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process your claim, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue

These are required to verify that the issue occurred during transit or fulfillment and not after delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of food and spice products, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

• If you do not like the taste, aroma, or personal preference of the product
• If the product has been used, consumed, or tampered with
• If the damage is determined to be caused after delivery or by the customer
• If proper proof (photos/video) is not provided

5. Review & Approval Process

Once we receive your request with the required information, our team will review the case. We reserve the right to approve or reject the claim after verification.

6. Return of Products (If Applicable)

In certain cases, we may request the product to be returned. The refund will be processed only after the product reaches us and passes inspection. Return instructions will be shared separately if required.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

If your request is approved:

• Refunds are usually initiated within 3–5 business days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account

We do not control banking or gateway delays.

8. Final Decision

All refund and replacement decisions made by Heirloom Spices / Kaycee Corporation after review shall be final and binding.
