Important Limitations (Because These Are Food Products)

Since spices and food items are sensitive in nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • If the issue is based on taste, aroma, or personal preference
  • If the product has been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with
  • If proper proof (photos / unboxing video) is not provided
  • If the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery
